Where can I train to be a forest school leader

There are a number of Forest School training providers throughout the country. We are based in the Cotswolds, at the foot of Chosen Hill, in Gloucestershire. Our trainees visit from all over England, but are mostly from Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties of Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Swindon and Bristol.

A variety of levels of training can be achieved through each provider, but do check that they are registered with an official awarding body. This ensures that your qualification is recognised throughout the world and, most importantly, that insurance cover is not compromised.

Who is the awarding body?

At Inspired Forest School training we are accredited to provider Forest School Qualifications at Levels 1, 2 and Level 3 through the Open College West Midlands (OCN).
There are other awarding bodies throughout the country, please refer to the Forest School Association website for more details.
