Cancellation Policy – Updated December 2021



1. For courses run by Inspired Forest School Training
(Level 3, Level 2 and Level 1 Forest School qualifications)
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Sometimes you will be unable to attend a course date(s) due to unforeseen circumstances.

For this reason we offer a student place guarantee, allowing you to fulfil your sessions during another course during the same academic year, should you require it.

Should circumstances mean that you have to cancel your course the following charges will apply:

  • More than four weeks prior to the course start date – no charge
  • Two to four weeks prior to the course – 50% of the course fee
  • Less than two weeks prior to the course – full fee

NB. Cancellation must be sent via email and received by the due date.

Once a course has begun – after and including the start date – a refund will not be provided for any reason.
Students will, however, be offered an alternative date to train (please see student place guarantee above).


2. For courses run by external providers
(Including but not limited to: First Aid, Willow Workshops, Advanced Tools)

Once the course has commenced, no refund can be provided.

  • More than four weeks prior to the course start date – no charge
  • Two to four weeks prior to the course – 50% of the course fee
  • Less than two weeks prior to the course – full fee

After this date, no refund will be given.
